My name Is Heidi Castaneda and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I believe in the therapeutic relationship and the power of healing that therapy can provide. My training is rooted in Existential Phenomenological and Psychodynamic therapies yet my approach is eclectic as I use the framework that is best suited for your personal needs.
In today's culture we are often told that emotions are a form of weakness and we “Should Not Let Our Emotions Get The Best Of Us”. However, our emotions ARE THE BEST PART OF US.
